I can't believe it's been a full year since Jackson's liver transplant! I was re-reading some of my posts on the carepages and had to stop because I seriously had forgotten the pain and heartache of watching him through that difficult time. I am so excited that he's made it through a rough year. It was a very rough year for all of us but especially Jackson. I am so proud of him and can't wait to celebrate this day with him forever!
